Загрузка и установка расширения для Rhino

Загрузите и установите расширение «GSM-LCF exporter for Rhino 5», позволяющее сохранять/экспортировать модели Rhino.

Выбор способа импорта

В зависимости от размеров модели Rhino выберите один из двух способов импорта:

Данный способ предназначен для импорта в Archicad небольших объектов или групп объектов, сохраненных в формате GSM.

Сохранение модели Rhino в формате GSM

Выберите в Rhino модель или части модели, которые требуется экспортировать. Затем сохраните их в формате GSM, воспользовавшись расширением «GSM-LCF Exporter for Rhino 5». Активируйте команду File/Save или File/Export и выберите в открывшемся диалог тип файлов «Archicad GDL Object» (расширение .gsm).

Размещение объекта в Archicad

В Archicad сохраните объект во Вложенной Библиотеке, а затем разместите его в проекте Archicad.

Данный способ следует использовать при работе с крупными и сложными моделями Rhino для преобразования их в группы меньших GDL-объектов. Этот процесс позволяет сохранить логическое разделение моделей на части с целью облегчения работы и упрощения обновления импортированных моделей Rhino в Archicad. Сохранение крупных моделей в формате LCF позволяет избежать снижения производительности Archicad в процессе обновления моделей.

Сохранение модели Rhino в формате LCF

• Revolve: Ends of the revolving axis can be attached to objects using object snaps when History is recorded.

Digital Fabrication

As you may know, the Rhino development project started nearly 20 years ago to provide marine designers with tools for building computer models that could be used to drive the digitally controlled fabrication equipment used in shipyards.

Rhinoceros 6.18 Overview

Rhinoceros 6.18 is an imposing application which can be used for creating 3D models as well as shapes. It has been equipped with a powerful set of tools and it provides you a very friendly interface. You can also download Rhinoceros 5.14 SR14.

Rhinoceros 6.18 has got a very user friendly and imposing user interface which will allow you to display the objects from four different angles. In this way you can get the Perspective view of the drawing. This features ensures that all the sides of your project are visible all the time. The left side of the interface allows you to select the shapes you need to use when designing like lines, circles,arcs, polygons and ellipses. This application also allows you to create solid objects like boxes, cylinders pyramids and cones. It has got the Transform functions which will allow you to rotate, scale as well as mirror the objects. 3D Capture

Capturing existing 3D data is often one of the first steps in a design project. Rhino has always directly supported both 3D digitizing hardware and 3D scanned point cloud data. Rhino now supports:

• Large point clouds. 3D scanners have become faster and cheaper, making huge scan files more common.
• Rhino’s 64-bit support and enhanced support for graphic co‑processors have made it possible to work with these large point clouds.
• LiDAR captures 3D terrain data for agriculture, archaeology, conservation, geology, land use planning, surveying, transportation, plus wind farm, solar farm, and cell tower deployment optimization. Every type of physical product design relies on technical illustration and 2D drawing to concisely communicate ideas, specifications, and instructions to people in design, development, and fabrication. Rhinoceros 6 is a majestic application that can be used to create 3D models as well as shapes. It has been equipped with a powerful toolkit and it gives you a very user-friendly interface.
